Mini Photo Shoot Agreement

By booking a mini session with Aimee O’Brien Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Session Details

• Mini sessions are 5-30 minutes long depending on what you signed up for and include a set number of images as listed in the package description.

• Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce shooting time or miss their time completely which will not be refunded.

Payment

• The session fee is due in full at booking to secure your spot.

• Fees are non-refundable

Rescheduling & Weather

• If weather or unforeseen circumstances require cancellation, sessions will be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

• No-shows forfeit the session fee.

Deliverables

• Edited digital images will be delivered in a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks.

• Additional prints and products may be purchased separately.

Usage Rights

• Clients receive personal printing and sharing rights for delivered images.

• Photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing.

Liability

• Photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damaged property during the session.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen issue, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
